ZOO Fire Rated Ball Bearing Hinge ZHSS243 Grade 13 Certifire/CE/UKCA

The ZOO ZHSS243 is a heavy-duty Grade 13 ball bearing hinge designed for demanding commercial, public and residential door applications. Manufactured from Grade 201 stainless steel, the hinge measures 102 x 76 x 3mm and incorporates a ball bearing mechanism to provide smooth, reliable operation and long-term durability.

The ZHSS243 has been successfully tested to BS EN 1935:2002 Grade 13 and is designed to provide dependable performance in high-use door applications. It is also fire tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-1 and is suitable for timber fire doors for up to 120 minutes and steel fire doors for up to 240 minutes.

The ZHSS243 is CE and UKCA marked and Certifire approved under reference CF849. It is suitable for use on FD30, FD60, FD90 and FD120 fire doors. As this product is fire tested, it must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and used with all relevant associated products where required.
